Mark your calendar! Business Week 2024 will be September 24 - 26 with keynote speaker, Josh Heuser, founder of AGAR. There will be breakout speaker sessions, 90+ hiring employers, a luncheon celebration and more!

As owner and operator of various restaurant and hospitality venues, he maintains a unique experiential and placemaking perspective, creating experiences while garnering valuable insights that enable him to deliver a cutting-edge guest experience.
An entrepreneur always looking to evolve, Josh and AGAR have helped change the face of Cincinnati, one endeavor and project at a time, including BLINK, the nation’s largest immersive art festival. As co-creator, Josh was critical to the success of the 2022 festival, which drove $126 million dollars of economic impact to the Cincinnati region. Josh's multifaceted approach encompasses financial acumen, strategic vision, and a dedication to the development of the greater community to which he calls home. -
From AGAR's website: AGAR is the red substance in a petri dish that grows culture. AGAR is in our DNA.We come from a mindset that as creators, influencers, and producers we disrupt patterns to make memories. We believe that in today’s digital-first world, the value of human connection is inherently increasing. We curate unforced fascination around the core premise of purposeful engagement: Explore. Dialogue. Share. A continuous cycle of challenging the status quo, discovering the untapped, and encouraging guests to share and converse today’s relevancy and tomorrow’s innovation. With more than 15 years designing end-to-end human experiences, AGAR is uniquely qualified to collaborate with brands, artists, and community leaders to bring a vision to life and keep the vitality perpetual.
Join us for a BLINK inspired celebration with food trucks, games, photo booth, ÎÞÂëÇ¿¼é mural painting, and to connect with local student organizations!
