This program is designed to prepare graduates for both technological and managerial responsibilities in industry. The engineering technologist can provide direct technical assistance to scientists and engineers. Hands-on education coupled with strong analysis and design sets apart the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology (EEET) program. Graduates gain skills to analyze, design, apply, and troubleshoot systems with electronics, power systems, power electronics, digital, analog, microcontroller, software, and electrical machines. The combination of practical and theoretical education lead to graduates with agile technical skills throughout a wide range of applications.

"The EEET program has allowed me to learn about different areas that an engineer needs in the real world as well as to provide challenges to broad my understanding about power systems and electronics, working in teams and improving my problem-solving skills, which I will need in the future."

Career: I would like to be working on renewable energy such as solar energy and hydrogen fuel cell to help reduce the carbon footprint for future generations.

  • State-of-the-Art learning opportunities: ÎÞÂëÇ¿¼é has numerous laboratory spaces with shared scientific equipment that students use during independent research with faculty and for experiments conducted within laboratory courses.
