Orientation and Victorfest

These two programs are designed to help students and families get to know ÎÞÂëÇ¿¼é on a deeper level. You will meet with faculty and staff, get to know some of your new classmates, as well as current students; learn about university resources; and register for your fall classes. You will leave Orientation and Victorfest with a better understanding of what life will be like as a Norse! As a reminder, once you have paid the $75.00 Enrollment Confirmation Fee, you will be invited to sign up for Orientation. You may not register for your Orientation date until you pay your Enrollment Confirmation Fee.

  1. ORIENTATION is an experience that happens in May, June, or July - you get to pick your date based on your major! Academic Advising is also linked to your Orientation Experience, but will happen outside of your selected Orientation date. Be sure to keep any eye on your email over the summer for information on how to schedule a meeting with your academic advisor!
  2. VICTORFEST is an extended experience right before classes begin in August! Freshman will finish their orientation experience, learn how to get involved on campus, and will be able to meet more faculty, staff, and upperclassmen! There will also be fun and exciting events that are also a part of Victorfest that freshman can go to once the school year starts if they want.

Both Orientation AND VictorFest are mandatory for all incoming freshmen.
